Dear @PTbyNIGHTEvents: Thank you for your interest in the Thermal Imaging Soplution for the TOUGHBOOK M1. Unfortunately, this module for the M1 is already End of Life. Also, it was not end-user replaceable. If you are still interested in a TOUGHBOOK with Thermal Imaging we can recommend the 10.1" TOUGHBOOK G2.

I am using the AW-RP150 and the user buttons does not lit up after changing them to Tracking Connect and Tracking. I set the Tracking mode to LAN, and the IP address to the same IP of the PC that is controlling the software. Is this correct ?
TOUGHBOOK is a leader for tough computers!!! I was supprised when toughbook start work when battery temperature was minus 20 degrees celsius and still transfer energy to device. Excellent battery from Toughbooks works in any conditions!!!

Are gaming controllers only supported in the PTZ control center software? I know that most PTZ functionality was consolidated into Media Production Suite but I can't find any option to use a gaming controller through MPS.
For the curious... I did some more digging on my own and found that Media Production Suite currently does NOT offer game controller support but may be added in a future update.

Tell me why the European division of Panasonic Connect provides such poor customer support? Why can't they help? In 2018, a Panasonic KX-NSX1000EX PBX was purchased, the seller does not have access to the activation server. I haven’t been able to activate and use my PBX for a long time. Your technical support is silent. Why are you so bad and don’t help your clients? I've already lost hope. I have already written 5 times and there is no answer. (((

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Please refer to the manual of the HE130 or any other of our cameras and look for “Preset Speed”. Here it is also described how to set it on a remote control like the RP50. You can go slow or fast or even set it at a value between 1-30. Thank you.

I've followed along, but my controller doesn't work with the software for some reason. It shows up in the joystick page, but its won't move the cameras.
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. In PTZ Control Center, we generally support known joysticks also from brands like Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo and Logitech. If yours are not one of them there could be some discrepancies. Hope this helped!
How to use this for teams meetings?
Hi there! You can use our free software for PC called “PTZ Virtual USB Driver". It discovers a Panasonic IP stream on the network and converts it to a webcam input. We hope this helped.
Can LAN connection be used for teams meetings??
I have been repairing these single chip / 3 chip machines for a year and a half... The quality is amazing.... I love it! I haven't seen this in anyone else...

How can I save the WB setting on each cmaera with the panasonic rp150?
Hi there! When you choose a camera and set the white balence through the RP150, the setting is saved in the camera. So simply move on to the next camera and repeat the process. This goes for all the settings except “Tracing memory” which is another chapter. Thanks for reaching out. Have a nice day!

8:40 Yes, I can confirm my CF-19 Mk7 and 33 Mk2 are very supportive, despite me not being a company but just an enthusiast. Absolutely insane how much the jump the 33 is compared to the 19, just wish it had dual channel memory :( That, and for some reason the camera mic is complete garbage compared to the one my G1 had.
Dear Wasmachineman, thanks for your honest feedback and your enthusiasm into Panasonic TOUGHBOOK. In terms of the Camera Mic. Can you kindly check your settings? If this does not help, please contact our support Team, as the Mic (which is a noise cancelation one) should perform better than on a G1.

How about sorting out the root causes within our society rather than just putting cameras everywhere? Every year it becomes more and more like 1984 in the UK. ULEZ, CCTV, Mobile facial recognition units on the streets, ANPR and drones. All watching us and becoming more and more sophisticated. No more privacy for UK citizens. Not even when you're driving in your car...
